Helping homeless and recovering families re-enter economic and social
mainstream
This
program is the largest Supportive Housing Program for families in
Minnesota, housing 50 women, 2 men and over 100 children at any given
time. The services consist of a two-year transitional housing program
for recovering homeless women and their children, as well as permanent
housing for our graduates who desire to continue to live in a sober and
supportive environment. Housing is provided in five apartment buildings
offering 52 units. The program provides critical on-to-one case
management in order to assist the families in their transition back to
socio-economic mainstream.
